Mental health has been a hot topic for some time now in the hospitality industry. We all know that long hours, unhealthy eating and drinking habits, a lack of routine and high-stress environments can all have a huge impact on our wellbeing. But what are we actually doing about it, collectively? And what can you do about it on an individual level, if you’re feeling low?

We tackle these questions head-on in the latest L.O.R In Conversation series, ‘Getting Mentally Healthy’. We will be asking - and answering! - questions such as:

  • What is mental health?

  • What causes us to have poor mental health in the industry?

  • Who is available to help?

  • How  do you identify burn out?

  • Are there tools we can do in our everyday for our mental health?

  • What can you do for your team to help them on a daily basis?

Helping us navigate this all-important topic is a brilliant lineup of leading females from the industry:

Tobie-Anna Durk, Founder of the Kelly’s Cause Foundation

Merly Kammerling, Chef and Creator of Me, Myself in Mind

Chantelle Kallmeier, FOH at Buoy & Oyster

Alice Cross, People Partner at Dishoom

Tickets are £16 and include breakfast provided by Dishoom at their lovely Kensington cafe as well as an L.O.R t-shirt. To get yours click here.
